These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Vetplan software platform ("Service"). By creating an account or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vetplan is a subscription software platform that helps veterinary businesses manage incoming service requests, assign visits to staff and independent doctors, and track related payouts.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is billed on a recurring subscription basis. Charges are processed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access data belonging to other accounts.

5. Data you submit

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service (customer requests, staff records, and related operational data). You are responsible for having the right to submit that data and for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur.

7. Termination

Either party may cancel the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
