Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a form on the Vetplan website, registering on the platform or accepting the public offer, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Vetplan, registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Operator”), my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data

Full name; phone number; email; city; education, qualifications and work experience; accepted and completed orders and payments; technical data (IP address, browser and device information, cookies).

2. Purposes

Reviewing my application; registering me and giving me access to the platform; concluding and performing the agreement under the public offer; contacting me; complying with the law.

3. Actions with data

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automated means.

4. Sharing and cross-border transfer

I agree that my data may be shared with the payment service, hosting provider and email services to the extent needed for these purposes, and to the cross-border transfer of my data to the United States of America and to the Operator's country of registration (the Republic of Uzbekistan).

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it by writing to vlc_help@proton.me. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except data that must be kept by law or to perform an agreement already concluded.
